Litigation Expert Witness

As an expert witness, I have worked with both defendants, and plaintiff’s attorneys on cases relating to asphalt pavement and pavement construction.  These cases involved standard of care, construction defects, trip & fall accidents, motorcycle slip & slide accidents, bicycle accidents, and wrongful death cases, among others.  I have testified at deposition and provided trial testimony in numerous cases.  A complete list of cases is available upon request.
