For over 30 years I was involved in estimating, project managing, and overseeing numerous Caltrans, San Diego County, and various city projects throughout San Diego, Imperial, and Riverside Counties. These projects involved new construction, overlays, freeway construction, chip seals, slurry seals as a general contractor and as a subcontractor.
